Conscious body recovery rooms are the best. The owner definitely pays attention to detail & has successfully created a vibey space to receive all the benefits of contrast therapy. I highly recommend you check this place out and book a session if you haven’t already. You can even bring a friend to your session!

Conscious Body Recovery Sauna and Cold Plunge is terrific! I had been reading about the benefits of infrared sauna and cold plunge and decided to give this a try. Nathanael and Zeke have been very helpful as I continue on a regular basis now! 69 years young :)

I can’t recommend Conscious Body and Recovery enough! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm, professional, and focused entirely on healing and wellness. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and takes a truly holistic approach to recovery whether you’re dealing with muscle soreness, injury, or just need to decompress. Their bodywork and recovery techniques are next-level. If you’re serious about performance, pain relief, or just overall well-being, this is the place to go. Hands down one of the best recovery experiences I’ve had.

Absolutely loved my experience at Conscious Body! The space is beautifully designed, super clean, and incredibly peaceful. The private setup makes it feel like your own personal sanctuary, perfect for unplugging and fully focusing on recovery. The cold plunge is like getting body-slammed by a glacier, in the best way. Then I crawled into the sauna like a frozen dumpling and steamed myself back to perfection. 🥟🧊 11/10 Would absolutely expose myself to harsh temperature changes again.
